Why Volunteer with Aspirant Education?
Our work began with one conversation. A young professor asked a boy on the street, "Why don't you learn a skill so you can earn?" That one question, and the support that followed, changed the boy's life. Today he works as a senior waiter and dreams of becoming a manager.
Since 2007, that spirit has grown into a network of 320+ training centres across 12 states, and more than 2,60,000 lives have been touched. This work has always been powered by people who care, and we would be glad to have you with us.
You do not need to be an expert. You only need a little time and a willingness to show up for someone who has never had that chance before.
What You Can Do
There are many ways to contribute, whether you have a few hours a month or can commit regularly.
Teach and Mentor
Share your knowledge in spoken English, computer basics, communication, interview preparation or personality development. Guide a young learner as a mentor and help them believe in their own potential.
Support Women's Empowerment
Help with our Nari Shakti programme through awareness sessions, personality development workshops, or by sharing your own experience to inspire women to take the first step towards independence.
Help with Tribal Education
Support our work to bring children and youth in tribal communities into formal schooling, through community outreach, awareness drives and learning support.
Join Mission Zero Hunger
Help us bring food and relief to families in urban slums and rural areas by joining our distribution drives and community events.
Connect Learners to Jobs
Help our trained candidates take the next step. Guide them with resume building and mock interviews, and connect them to job opportunities and businesses in your network.
Share Your Professional Skills
If you work in design, content writing, photography, social media, video editing, accounting, law, IT or fundraising, your skills can help us reach more people. Even a few hours of professional help can make a big difference.
