Since 2007, Aspirant Education has built pathways from learning to earning for underprivileged youth, women and children across India. This page brings all of our education and skilling work together in one place.
Our four core programmes
- Women Empowerment — the Nari Shakti programme and our Vocational Training Centre: free stitching, beautician and food-skill courses that help women earn and lead independent lives.
- Skill Development — free, Skill India–aligned vocational courses for youth aged 18–25, with a five-stage journey from mobilisation and counselling through training, certification and placement.
- Tribal Education — Shiksha Vikas Kendra single-classroom schools in tribal villages: 101 schools serving 4,000 kids every year.
- Food Relief — nutritious meals for underprivileged hospital patients and their families, school children and healthcare workers.

Government & partner projects we deliver
Our 320+ partner training centres across 12 states run programmes under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), PMG DISHA (digital literacy), Shiksha, NSKFDC and NBCFDC skilling projects, RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) programmes for sectors including media and facilities services, and CSR-funded skilling initiatives.
