One Mission, Four Pathways
Since 2007, Aspirant Education Sansthan has built pathways from learning to earning for underprivileged youth, women and children across India. What began as one small centre in Ajmer is now a network of 320+ partner training centres across 12 states, and more than 2,60,000 people have been trained and certified.
Our work rests on a simple belief: every person has the potential to earn, lead and thrive, if someone gives them the right opportunity at the right time. A child needs a school nearby. A hungry person needs a meal. A young woman needs a skill and the confidence to use it. A young man needs training and a job to go with it.

1. Women Empowerment
"If a woman is educated, the whole generation is educated."
When a woman earns, her family eats better, her children stay in school and her community grows stronger. Our women empowerment work gives women the skills, confidence and independence to take charge of their own lives.
Nari Shakti Programme
Nari Shakti is our flagship programme for women. It combines:
- Practical knowledge for everyday and working life
- Personality development to build confidence, communication and decision-making
- Skill training that leads to income
Vocational Training Centre
Our Vocational Training Centre offers free, hands-on courses that help women start earning, either by working or by running a small business of their own:
- Stitching and embroidery: from basic tailoring to finished garments, so that women can work from home, join a workshop or start a tailoring business
- Beautician and beauty basics: salon skills for working in a parlour or serving clients independently
- Food skills: food handling and preparation, to work in food services or start a small food enterprise
- Mehndi design: a popular skill that can become a steady side income or a full-time business

What Changes for a Woman

2. Skill Development
Free, Skill India–aligned training that leads to a job or a business.
Millions of young people want to work, but lack the training that employers need. Our skill development programme closes that gap, free of cost, for underprivileged youth aged 18 to 25.
Our Five-Stage Journey
Every learner follows the same structured path, from first contact to a job or business:

| 1. Preparation | We get the centre ready, onboard trainers, prepare student kits and align the course with the relevant Sector Skill Council |
| 2. Mobilisation and Counselling | We find young people in the community, help them understand their options and guide them to the course that fits their interest and local job demand |
| 3. Training | Structured programmes of 3 to 6 months build job skills along with the 21st-century skills of teamwork, communication and problem-solving |
| 4. Assessment and Certification | Learners are assessed and receive nationally recognised, SSC-aligned certification that employers trust |
| 5. Placement and Support | We help with job placement, business linkages and entrepreneurship support, and we follow up after placement |

3. Tribal Education
Every tribal child deserves education and a bright destiny.
In many tribal villages, the nearest school is far away, and government schemes often do not reach. Children grow up without reading or writing, and the cycle of poverty continues. We bring education to where the children are.
Shiksha Vikas Kendra: Schools in Tribal Villages
Our Shiksha Vikas Kendra programme runs single-classroom schools in tribal villages, so that a child does not need to travel far or leave the village to learn.

Our Aim
To enrol more tribal children in formal schooling, so that no child is left out because of where they were born.
4. Food Relief
No one should have to learn, heal or work on an empty stomach.
Hunger blocks everything else: a child cannot learn, a patient cannot heal and a worker cannot work well when they have not eaten. Our food relief work provides nutritious meals to people who need them most.
Who We Serve
- Underprivileged hospital patients and their families, who often travel far for treatment and cannot afford regular meals
- School children, so that hunger does not keep them from learning
- Healthcare workers, who give their all to care for others

One Story Among Many
Years ago, a boy on the street was asked a simple question: "Why don't you learn a skill so you can earn?" He had never been asked before. He was enrolled in a training centre in Kota. A year later, he was working at a well-known restaurant. Today he is a senior waiter and dreams of becoming a manager.

Are the courses really free?
Yes, our courses are free for eligible underprivileged youth and women.
Who is eligible?
Skill development courses are for youth aged 18 to 25, and the Nari Shakti programme and Vocational Training Centre are open to women, including school dropouts. Eligibility can vary slightly by course and project.
How long do the courses last?
Most programmes run for 3 to 6 months, depending on the course.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Learners receive nationally recognised, Sector Skill Council–aligned certification where applicable to the course.
Do you help with jobs?
Yes. We support placement, business linkages and entrepreneurship, and follow up after training. We cannot guarantee a job, but we work hard to connect every learner to opportunities.
