Who We Are, in Brief
Aspirant Education Sansthan (AES) is an NSDC / Skill India associated non-profit founded in 2007 in Ajmer, Rajasthan. What began as a small skill-development centre, started by a young professor and his friends, is now a network of 320+ training centres across 12 states. More than 2,60,000 people have been trained and certified.
Behind every one of those numbers is a person: a young man who became a senior waiter, a woman who started earning for her family, a child who went back to school. This page explains what we are working towards and the principles that guide us.
Our Vision
A skilled, self-reliant India, where every person has the power to earn, learn and live with dignity.
When we began, our goal was to touch 1,00,000 lives by providing complete earning solutions to underprivileged people. We have gone well past that milestone. Our vision is now bigger, and it rests on four beliefs.
1. Every young person deserves a chance to earn.
Talent exists in every street, village and slum. Opportunity does not. We want a country where a young person's future is decided by their effort, not by where they were born.
2. Every child deserves a childhood.
No child should have to choose between school and a day's wages. We work so that families have enough earning power to keep their children in the classroom.
3. Every community deserves to be reached.
We take education and skills to tribal and remote areas, where government schemes often do not reach, because every tribal child deserves education and a bright future.
4. Every woman deserves independence.
When a woman is educated and earning, her family and her community rise with her. When a woman is educated, a whole generation is educated.
Our Vision for 2028
We will also introduce AI-driven modules and e-learning platforms for learners in remote areas, and green-economy skilling such as renewable energy programmes, so that our learners are ready for the jobs of tomorrow.

Our Mission
We aim to strengthen and grow the Aspirant family, so that more people can be reached with the right opportunity at the right time. We pursue this through four commitments.
1. Bring more tribal children and youth into formal schooling
Education is the base on which everything else is built. We work with tribal communities to enrol children in school and to show families that learning leads to a better life.
2. Increase employment through skill development
We offer free, industry-aligned training to underprivileged youth. Our courses include:
- Computer Hardware and Data Entry
- Mobile Repairing and DTH Installation
- Beautician, Beauty Basics and Mehndi Design
- Sewing, Stitching and Sewing Machine Operator
- Sales Executive, Front Desk Executive and Receptionist
- General Duty Assistant (Healthcare)
- Food Handler, Gardener, Delivery and Unarmed Security Guard
- Micro-Irrigation and Aroma Stick Training
Each course is built around real demand, so that training leads to a job or a livelihood.
3. Upskill underprivileged youth and women
Our Nari Shakti programme gives women practical knowledge, personality development and vocational training, free of cost. It is especially open to school dropouts and women who never had a second chance. We also run Mission Zero Hunger, which brings food and relief to families in urban slums and rural areas, because no one can learn on an empty stomach.
4. Build a new, skilled and self-reliant nation
We believe skilled individuals are the architects of an empowered India. Each person we train earns more, supports a family and inspires the next person in their community to learn a skill too.
How We Turn Mission into Results
We follow a clear five-step process in every programme:

| 02 Mobilisation | We identify candidates in the community and choose locations based on the sector and local need |
| 03 Training | Structured 3 to 6 month programmes build job skills along with teamwork, communication and problem-solving |
| 04 Assessment | Learners are assessed and receive nationally recognised, SSC-aligned certification |
| 05 Support | We help with job placement, business linkages and entrepreneurship support, and we follow up afterwards |
Our work does not end when the course ends. It continues until the learner has a job or a business.

Our Values
Human Rights
Every individual is equally valuable and worthy. We work alongside underprivileged people and communities to help them meet their basic needs. We do this by giving them the skills to earn their own living with dignity, not by treating them as recipients of charity.
Commitment
We are committed to improving both the access to and the quality of education and empowerment for thousands of underprivileged young people. We measure our success by how many of our learners are earning, not by how many enrolled.

We are accountable to our partners, representatives, well-wishers and supporters, and we are honest about how we use the time and resources entrusted to us. Our accountability practices include:
