## 1. About Us
Aspirant Education Sansthan (AES) is a not-for-profit society registered in Ajmer, Rajasthan (2007), and an NSDC / Skill India certified training partner. AES delivers skill development, vocational training, and community welfare programs across 320+ centres in 12+ states, reaching over 2,60,000 beneficiaries.
## 2. Services Offered
By accessing this website or enrolling in any AES program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. AES offers, among others, the following educational and skill-training services:
– **GDA Healthcare Training** — General Duty Assistant certification training
– **Nari Shakti** — Women’s empowerment and livelihood skill training
– **Digital Literacy Program** — Basic digital and computer skills training
– **Mission Vananchal** — Education and skilling for tribal communities
– **Mission Zero Hunger** — Nutrition and livelihood-linked community program
Each program page on this website describes eligibility, duration, certification, and (where applicable) fees.
## 3. Eligibility & Enrolment
– Enrolment is open to candidates meeting the age, educational, and documentation criteria specified for each program.
– AES reserves the right to verify eligibility documents before confirming enrolment.
– Some programs are offered free of cost under government/CSR-funded schemes; others may involve a nominal fee, as specified at the time of enrolment.
## 4. Fees & Payments
– Where a program involves payment, the applicable fee will be clearly stated before enrolment is confirmed.
– Payments made through this website are processed via our authorised payment gateway partner. AES does not store card/payment credentials.
– An invoice/receipt is issued for every paid transaction (see Section 7).
## 5. Certification
– Certificates are issued only on successful completion of the training program and applicable assessment, in line with NSDC/Skill India or respective scheme guidelines.
– AES is not liable for delays in certification caused by third-party assessment or certifying bodies.
## 6. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or use AES’s name/branding without written consent.
## 7. Invoices
An invoice/payment receipt is generated for every paid service and shared with the registered email/phone number of the beneficiary. Beneficiaries may request a duplicate copy by writing to the contact below.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
AES makes reasonable efforts to ensure information on this website is accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
## 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
