Aspirant education was founded in the year 2007 by a young professor who significantly created a group of like-determined individuals together to support the betterment of youth with a focus on skill development, tribal education, food relief, and women empowerment. Aspirant education established this journey with a dream of forming a world where every underprivileged youth poured with love, education, and earning skills opportunities for growing into a bright destiny and lifetime earnings, no youth’s innocence is harmed by the horrors of adolescent labor, dream of providing tribal education where government schemes don’t reach for the betterment of India, and an area where women’s welfare is met awareness too and they’re empowered to sustain themselves and their household.
About one in six Indian city residents lives in an urban slum with unsanitary conditions that are “unfit for human habitation,” according to the first complete census of India’s vast slum population and 7.99 percent population of India is in the unemployment rate. People surviving in Urban Areas and crowded slums do not have sufficient water supply, hygiene, food, shelter, and confidence. Slum-dwellers generally do not get primary education instead of going to school, they start labor work to support their families. Obstacles are the same in both rural and urban India.
We at Aspirant education vowed to impose a resolution on this widespread violation of individuals’ principal rights, specifically of women and youngsters residing in the slums of India. We focus on empowering them through schooling and employment by enforcing models of skill development training courses according to the needs of society.
Our purpose of the presence is to strengthen the careers of disadvantaged youths and women and to provide a positive outlook and a healthier manner towards their life. Aspirant education continues to affirm a sincere, credible, trustworthy, transparent, and liable organization that devotes itself towards empowerment and privileged youth’s destiny, for the not-so-privileged ones.
Once Dr. Chhitiz, Founder of Aspirant education, met an underprivileged boy on the street and asked him, why don’t you learn a skill to earn? He replied, nobody ever asked me this question, so I have never thought about it, nor do I have money to invest. Dr. Chhitiz made his admission to the training center in Kota. One day, Dr. Chhitiz and his friends were at chokhi Dhani resort for a gathering. One young waiter was in teary eyes and smiley face both at the same time and said to Dr.Chhitiz “This job was not possible without your help” and thanked him. Dr. Chhitiz recognized him. He was the same boy he met one year ago on the street. The boy is today working in Chokhi Dhani resort as a senior waiter. He aspires to be a manager now!
He realized the power of providing training and education to the right person. That day, He and his friends formed a community and small skill development center by which they provide learning and earning skills to underprivileged youth.
