AES has been delivering skill development and community education programs since 2007, operating 320+ training centres across 12+ states, with 2,60,000+ beneficiaries trained to date.
## Core Programs
### 1. GDA Healthcare Training
Certification training for General Duty Assistants (GDA), preparing candidates for entry-level roles in hospitals, nursing homes, and home healthcare, aligned with Skill India/NSDC assessment standards.
### 2. Nari Shakti (Women’s Empowerment)
Livelihood and vocational skill training for women, aimed at improving employability and enabling self-reliance in local communities.
### 3. Digital Literacy Program
Foundational computer and digital-skills training to help beneficiaries access government services, digital payments, and employment opportunities online.
### 4. Mission Vananchal
Education and skill-training initiatives focused on tribal communities, aimed at improving access to schooling and vocational opportunities.
### 5. Mission Zero Hunger
A nutrition and livelihood-linked community program addressing food security alongside skill-building support.
