# Cancellation & Refund Policy

## 1. Applicability
This policy applies to any paid training program, certification, or service booked/paid for through www.aspiranteducation.org. It does not apply to programs offered free of cost under government or CSR-funded schemes.
## 2. Cancellation by Beneficiary
– Beneficiaries may request cancellation of enrolment by writing to chitiz@aspiranteducation.org, quoting the invoice/payment reference number.
– Cancellation requests must be made **before the batch/training start date** to be eligible for a refund.
– Cancellations requested after the training has commenced will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
## 3. Refund Eligibility

## 4. Non-Refundable Cases
– Registration/documentation processing fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable.
– No refund is applicable once a certificate has been issued.
– No refund in case of enrolment cancelled due to submission of false eligibility information.
## 5. Cancellation by AES
If AES cancels or reschedules a batch/program (e.g., due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances), beneficiaries will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.
## 6. Refund Process & Timeline
– Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within **7–10 working days** of approval.
– An email/SMS confirmation is sent once the refund is initiated.
