He is responsible for leading skill development programs and strategic initiatives for an organization to affirm adjustments with the Aspirant education vision.
Dr. Chhitiz has a doctorate in artificial intelligence. He has more than 10 years of work experience in leading and managing complex businesses. He started his professional career with a mayo college Ajmer as an IT trainer then parallelly started the skill development project.
He has worked with reliance, Nerolac in CSR scheme, best in the class employer. Dr. Chhitiz Kumar can take unhealthy talks and transform them into healthy and thriving ones. Because of his skills, He can deliver valuable and long-lasting results for strong-matched bodies. He worked to lead businesses and non-profit organizations.
Shikha Sharma is the secretary of Aspirant education. Shikha has vast and diverse experience in conceptualizing, managing, and executing events in India. Shikha has successfully done various events, including certificate distribution ceremonies, job fairs, etc.
She is the one who has the position of publishing information to all members and stakeholders, giving formal notice of any meetings, and timely distribution of data, such as plans execution.
Additionally, she is the superintendent of the organization’s reports and related works. She heads the training vertical for Aspirant education and is liable for the management and execution of all the training operations across the country.
Mr. Manoj Verma is the Project manager and strategy developer for an aspirant education, MBA in marketing and financier. Responsible for the project plan, scheme planning, and research, directing, coordinating, and controlling the daily operation, ensuring training monetization, Responsible for the formation of all Documents budgets submitting these accounts to the board of organizers for approval, and monitoring expenditures against the budget as per government norms. Directs the development of and approves standards and procedures.
Responsible for the development of personnel policies and obtaining approval from the board of directors. Provides monthly status reports to a board of directors with detailed summaries, liable for all aspects of the daily operation of Autodesk, including hiring, the firing of employees, assurance of attendants’ salaries within payroll guidelines, organizational structure, workforce within permitted budgets, approving expenditure reports.
