We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of 60 inspiring young women from Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, who have successfully completed 60 hours of intensive training under Project InsPIRE—an initiative by Aspire For Her, supported by the Infosys Foundation.
These women are now certified General Duty Assistants (GDA), trained and empowered to step confidently into the healthcare sector. Their journey symbolizes much more than just skill development—it reflects the spirit of empowerment, self-reliance, and opportunity for women from remote regions of India.
Project InsPIRE is designed to equip women with practical, job-ready skills that open doors to sustainable careers. Focused on reaching underserved areas, this initiative aims to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity—especially in the healthcare sector, where skilled professionals are in high demand.
Through targeted training modules, participants gain hands-on experience in:
Patient care and hygiene
Basic emergency response and first aid
Hospital operations and bedside assistance
Communication and professionalism in healthcare
This comprehensive training ensures that each participant is not only certified but also truly career-ready.
These 60 women from Jhunjhunu are a testament to the power of access and opportunity. Despite geographical and social challenges, they have embraced this path with determination and grace. Their success is not just individual—it paves the way for more women from similar backgrounds to aspire, achieve, and rise.
As they begin their professional journeys, we stand proudly beside them—knowing that every step they take strengthens both their communities and the healthcare system at large.
This graduation is just the beginning. With continued support from partners like the Infosys Foundation, Project InsPIRE aims to reach more women across rural India—providing training, hope, and a platform for lifelong growth.
Together, we are not just creating careers—we are transforming lives.
